FK/Formerly Frank's Kitchen is looking for an experienced talented and skilled cook. We are an award winning, fine dining Michelin restaurant with a long-time crew. We are independently owned and have been in operation since 2010. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY WITHOUT MANDATORY 4 YEARS FINE DINING EXPERIENCE, you will not be considered.
We need a minimum of 4/5 years upscale restaurant experience. We are a high-level artisan kitchen and you must have upscale/fine dining experience.You would be working with Chef who is award winning, highly skilled and well regarded in his industry.
Rate is $19 to $21 with an average of $3 to $5 extra an hour in cash tips. Your rate is not capped, we give increases.
2 days off in a row (closed Sundays and Mondays).
9 hour shifts approx, no late nights. Shift starts at 1:30.
We promote a family fun environment and love staff gatherings and outings. Our good times always involve our passion...great food and wine. Yearly Christmas and Thanksgiving lunches/parties, Superbowl gathering and summer vacay in cottage country. We are big believers in work/life balance. We are a family here and only looking for long term commitments.
