We’re looking for a full-time Server to join our front-of-house team — someone who leads with professionalism, calm, and warmth, and who takes genuine pride in creating thoughtful, memorable guest experiences. From managing the reservation book to setting the tone at the door, the Lead Host plays a key role in ensuring a seamless flow of service and a welcoming environment for guests and team members alike.

POSITION: SERVER (FULL-TIME):Servers are essential to shaping the guest experience at Elio Volpe. In this role, you will work closely with the FOH team and management to deliver thoughtful, attentive, and seamless service. This is a hands-on, fast-paced position where energy, professionalism, and a passion for Italian hospitality are key.
WHAT YOU’LL DO: DELIVER EXCEPTIONAL GUEST EXPERIENCES- Provide attentive, professional service that makes guests feel welcome and cared for.
- Explain menu items, recommend wine pairings, and ensure guests enjoy a seamless dining experience.
- Manage multiple tables efficiently while maintaining warmth, energy, and attention to detail.
COLLABORATE WITH THE TEAM- Support colleagues and create a positive, energetic work environment.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and management to ensure smooth service.
ADMINISTRATIVE AND OPERATIONAL DUTIES- Follow all FOH policies and service standards.
- Maintain knowledge of menu changes, specials, and beverage offerings.
- Ensure accurate order taking, check presentation, and timely service.
QUALIFICATIONS:- Minimum 2 years serving experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Serving It Right- certification.
- Basic wine knowledge is an asset.
- Open availability, including weekends.
- Positive, collaborative, and hospitality-driven mindset.
