Responsibilities:
• Develop and produce internal promotional events to enhance business growth and foster brand loyalty.
• Coordinate private parties and stag events, ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
• Manage promotional onstage activities, events, and themed nights to captivate our audience.
• Utilize social media platforms effectively as promotional and advertising tools.
• Cultivate relationships with stakeholders, from tourism organizations to local hotels, to maximize outreach.
• Collaborate closely with our experienced owner to align promotional strategies with business objectives.
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in marketing or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing, promotions, and event planning.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to see projects through from conception to completion.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinker with a knack for developing engaging promotional initiatives.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
