The Company
Frankie's Italian Kitchen is a scratch kitchen serving traditional Italian cuisine alongside classic cocktails, craft beer, and an international wine list. Located in Vancouver's entertainment district, we operate a premium casual dining room 7 days a week across breakfast, lunch, and dinner service. Our adjoining Frankie's Jazz Club hosts live music Wednesday through Sunday evenings — elevated atmosphere, great food, and world-class musicians local and international.
We're a high-volume, guest-first operation. This role is for someone who can move between rooms — and occasionally venues — without losing a step.
The Role
Part-time and full-time evening positions available. You'll work a hybrid schedule across the dining room and Jazz Club, with occasional shifts at our sister venue, District Bar & Restaurant, as business needs require. Scheduling is based on business need and your strengths.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years experience in a high-volume, premium casual or fine dining environment
- Confident wine pairing knowledge and full command of the food menu (WSET an asset but not required)
- Comfortable working both a la carte dining room service and elevated Jazz Club service
- Serving It Right required
- Full availability for peak periods (evenings and weekends a must)
