Key Responsibilities

• Shifts include a mix of mornings (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM) and evenings (4:00 PM – close)

• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently

• Serve food and beverages with attention to detail and presentation

• Set up and clean dining areas before, during, and after service

• Use POS system to process orders, handle cash, and manage card transactions

• Perform basic cash-out duties, ensuring accuracy

• Answer phones and take take-out orders via phone or delivery apps

• Manage tablet system for walk-in and reservation seating

• Greet, seat, and engage customers to ensure a positive dining experience

• Assist with general restaurant operations and collaborate with the team to maintain high service standards

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of professional serving experience

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to multitask in a busy environment

• Reliable, punctual, and positive attitude

• Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures is a plus

• Canadian citizen or Permanent Resident preferred; work permit holders considered

• Must be able to commit to at least 6 months

• Intermediate wine knowledge; WSET certification is an asset
