Responsibilities:
* Food preparation: Execute precise and consistent preparation of ingredients according to Okini's recipes and standards. Ensure freshness and quality in every dish.
* Cooking mastery: Take command of various cooking methods, including grilling, sautéing, frying, and baking, to deliver exceptional and flavourful dishes. Maintain a keen eye on cooking times and temperatures.
* Station coordination: Work seamlessly with fellow kitchen team members to ensure a smooth flow of service. Communicate effectively to coordinate the timing of dishes and maintain a high level of efficiency during peak hours.
* Quality control: Conduct regular quality checks on ingredients and finished dishes to uphold Okini's standards. Identify and address any issues promptly to guarantee customer satisfaction.
* Cleanliness and organization: Keep your work station and the overall kitchen area clean and organized. Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to create a safe and hygienic working environment. 
* Menu knowledge: Stay informed about menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods. Collaborate with the chef to make recommendations for improvements and enhancements to the menu.
* Adaptability: Thrive in a dynamic kitchen environment by adapting to changing priorities and responding effectively to high-pressure situations. Embrace a "can-do" attitude to contribute to the success of the kitchen team.
