We are looking for an pastry assistant to join our kitchen team. If you’re passionate about Italian cuisine, have a strong work ethic, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, we want to hear from you!
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Prepare and cook dishes according to our high standards, ensuring consistency and quality - Assist with prepping ingredients for daily service
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Help maintain inventory and stock levels for the kitchen
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented kitchen environment
- QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 1 year of experience in a kitchen, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant - Ability to work under pressure and keep a calm, positive attitude during service
- Strong understanding of kitchen safety and food hygiene practices
- Genuine passion for food and Italian cuisine
- Ability to collaborate with the team and take direction from senior kitchen staff
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
$19.10/hour + gratuities - Daily staff meal

- AVAILABILITY
3 shifts per week - Must be available weekends (Saturday and Sunday)
