Franchise District Manager, Italian Pizzeria
Our client is a Franchize Restaurant Company with multiple brands including a chain of 25 Italian Neopolitan Pizzeria Restaurants across Western Canada.
They require an Experienced Franchise District Manager/Corporate Trainer to manage several franchisees in Greater Vancouver (GVRD), Victoria and Kelowna.
Must have a mimum of 3 years of multi-unit Franchise or Operations Management with a National Pizza Operation or a recognized National Restaurant brand. This individual will work closely with Senior Operations and Marketing staff out of Corporate Head Office.
There is excellent career advancement potential for the right individual as the company continues to expand and grow their franchise operations.
Qualifications and Relevant Experience Required:
- Previous experience with an Italian Pizzeria or Italian Restaurant chain is preferred.
- Corporate multi-unit management background as a Franchise Manager or Multi Unit Manager with a recognized National Restaurant Operation.
- Strong multi-tasking and presentation skills.
- Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as a strong command of the English Language.
- Knowledge and experience in store openings and franchise support systems.
- Must be fully experienced in proper kitchen operations and standards, POS systems, programming and menu management.
- Proven track record in managing chain wide Training Programs.
- Franchise Development or franchise sales backgroud a benefit.
- Must be available for travel to multiple cities, including interprovincial.
Compensation Includes:
- Negotiable salary in the $80,000.00 to $85,000.00 range, depending on experience
- Car Allowance/Full Medical Coverage/On site parking provided.
