Responsibilities:
* Crafting exceptional cocktails: Showcase your mixology skills by preparing a wide range of innovative and classic cocktails with precision and flair. Take pride in delivering consistently high-quality beverages that leave a lasting impression on our guests.
* Customer Engagement: Be the face of Okini at the bar! Interact with customers, provide recommendations, and create a welcoming atmosphere. Your friendly and approachable demeanor will contribute to the overall positive experience of our guests.
* Maintaining bar standards: Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked. Monitor and manage inventory to ensure that we never run out of essential ingredients. Adhere to all health and safety guidelines to create a safe environment for both guests and colleagues.
* Collaboration with team: Work closely with the kitchen and serving staff to ensure smooth communication and coordination. Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment that enhances the overall dining experience.
* Stay informed about menu specials, promotions, and new drink offerings. Use your knowledge to upsell and enhance the overall guest experience.
