WHAT THE ROLE LOOKS LIKE
- Working across three full-service bars in one of Canada's most iconic venues
- Serving hundreds of guests per shift in a fast-moving, premium environment
- Crafting cocktails, pouring wine, running the full bar program with confidence
- Operating POS accurately and efficiently during peak rushes
- Keeping your bar clean, stocked, and running like a machine
- Showing up for your teammates the way they show up for you
WHAT YOU BRING
- Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume setting
- Valid SmartServe certification
- Technical cocktail knowledge and a genuine passion for hospitality
- The ability to stay calm, sharp, and personable when it's absolute chaos
- A team-first mentality — no lone wolves here
