Valid Work Permit
Valid Food Safe Certificate Level 1
Minimum 3 years experience as a Sous Chef
Ability to work with Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Word
Minimum 2 years experience with Seafood
Minimum 2 years managing staff
Skills & Abilities:
Strong communication skills
Strong initiative & forward thinker
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Reliable & Dependable
Ability to follow instructions and apply them
Ability to multitask
Concurrent to Provincial Health and Safety Standards
Cooks and presents food with consistency & accuracy as per the Executive Chef
Operates all kitchen equipment with safety
Ability to predict sufficient Mise en Place to reflect the business levels
Maintains food costs stipulated by the Executive Chef
