Position Overview
As a Host / Hostess, you are the first point of contact for our guests. You set the tone for the dining experience by providing a warm welcome, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth seating flow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
• Manage reservations and walk-in guests efficiently
• Maintain accurate waitlists and seating arrangements
• Communicate effectively with servers and management to ensure smooth service
• Provide excellent customer service and handle guest inquiries
