We are a high-volume, upscale Italian restaurant focused on hospitality, consistency, and quality. Our bar program highlights Italian wines, classic cocktails, and patio-driven seasonal features.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong knowledge of Italian and international wines (body, acidity, pairing basics)
Confident in wine recommendations and upselling
Ability to execute classic cocktails efficiently
Experience in upscale / high-volume environments
Strong communication and team collaboration
Smart Serve certified
Weekend availability required
