Pros: Lots of room for growth and areas of opportunities if wanted. Overall tips are VERY rewarding. Great environment to make friends! Not to mention great location that overlooks the ocean

Co-workers were great, and staff from other parts of the establishment. Management was meh but overall a solid job.
Wonderful environment, people are very nice. Awful management who doesn't see you as a person. Staff is very under qualified with high expectations.
