Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Sushi Line Cook to join our team at Awesome Sushi.

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare ingredients for daily service
Make sushi and menu items according to our guidelines
Perform opening and closing duties, including cleaning
Restock ingredients and kitchen supplies
Assist with general kitchen tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Positive attitude with good communication skills
Easy-going and team-oriented personality
Passionate about food and willing to learn
Minimum 1 year of sushi experience (2–3 years preferred)
Candidates with less experience are welcome — training can be provided
