Job Description

Lardo is looking for a warm, hospitality-driven server to join our team for the upcoming season.

We’re a small, busy restaurant built around thoughtful service, great food, good wine, and creating an experience that feels both refined and comfortable. We care deeply about how guests feel when they walk through the door, and we’re looking for someone who naturally enjoys taking care of people and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

This is a part-time seasonal position, with the potential to grow into a longer-term role for the right fit.

What We’re Looking For

• A positive attitute is imperative
• A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment while staying calm and composed
• A team-first mindset and willingness to support all areas of service
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Evening and weekend availability
• Previous serving experience in a restaurant environment is preferred, but personality and attitude matter just as much

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service to guests
• Guide guests through food, wine, cocktail, and menu selections
• Maintain a strong understanding of menu items, features, and allergens
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams
• Prepare and maintain sections throughout service
• Assist with opening and closing duties
• Help create an environment that feels welcoming, polished, and energetic
