Job Description

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the kitchen staff, including cooks, and other culinary team members
• Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistency and excellence
• Manage all aspects of restaurant operations related to the kitchen, including inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper handling procedures
