Skills:
* Experience on the related projects as a Sr. business analyst / project lead, be hands on as well as provide leadership
* Good negotiation & Excellent communication skills
*Good facilitation & presentation skills
* Develop business process maps, the BRD and functional specs etc.
* Be responsible from OCM (organizational change management) to develop and execute communication and training plans
* Work with stakeholders at all levels, directors, managers, hands on specialists etc
