Cream Pony is looking for a dynamic individual to run our front of house operations.
The Front of House Manager is responsible for leading the front-of-house team, crafting coffee beverages, shaping the customers experience and ensuring great customer service, while contributing to the advancement of our culinary identity and culture.
- Interview and hire staff
- Manage staff training
- Supervise upkeep of guest area (especially with COVID protocols)
- Shift planning and payroll submittals
- POS training & management
- Managing coffee program & training baristas
The right candidate will be experienced in front of house management, experience in coffee, have organizational skills, leadership skills, and is dedicated to providing excellent customer service.
