SIMONA is a vibrant, modern Italian restaurant in the heart of Toronto, known for handcrafted cocktails, house-made fresh pizza dough, pastas, and sauces, as well as exceptional wine service and warm, energetic hospitality. We are currently seeking a Part-Time Bartender to join our team.
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant
Strong wine knowledge and ability to provide tableside wine service
Confident in classic cocktail builds and able to execute house cocktails with consistency
Excellent communication, multitasking, and guest engagement skills
Professional, positive, team-first attitude
Ability to thrive during high-volume service
Smart Serve Certified (required)
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, coffee, and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar
Deliver warm, attentive, and efficient service
Assist with prep, and bar organization
Ensure adherence to all safety and alcohol service regulations
Contribute to the overall guest experience with professionalism and hospitality
