And yes, we do make our food from scratch, all the way down to the mayo. That’s the way chef Romer wants it and that’s the way we do it. Our burgers? Freshly ground daily and hand pressed by our chefs. No frozen slabs of machine pressed beef. Chef Romer demands we do it right. No short cuts.
