- Supervise food preparation activities including cutting, portioning, frying, and baking, ensuring adherence to food safety protocols.
- Provide leadership and guidance to kitchen staff, assisting in training and development.
- Assist in managing day-to-day kitchen operations utilizing Tacofino’s processes and systems, including inventory management , ordering supplies, and minimizing food waste.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards.
- Support creating exceptional guest experiences through high-quality food and hospitality.
- Minimum 1 year of culinary experience with supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong background in food preparation within a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Effective communication skills and ability to provide clear instructions and feedback.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and food safety practices.
- Positive attitude, ability to work under pressure, and commitment to quality and growth.
