FK/Formerly Frank's Kitchen is looking for an EXPERIENCED line cook. We are an award winning, Michelin restaurant with a long-time crew. We are independently owned and have been in operation since 2010. We are an artisan kitchen with most items made from scratch - hand rolled pasta, bread baked daily etc. Looking for a great attitude and ability to handle elite execution of dishes. It's a small kitchen and the Chef is award winning, very knowledgeable and works the line.
Rate is $18 to $20 with an average of $3 to $5 extra an hour in cash tips. Your rate is not capped, we give increases.
2 days off in a row (closed Sundays and Mondays).
9 hour shifts approx, no late nights. Shift starts at 1:30/2pm
We promote a family fun environment and love staff gatherings and outings. Our good times always involve our passion...great food and wine. Yearly Christmas and Thanksgiving lunches/parties, Superbowl gathering and summer vacay in cottage country. We are big believers in work/life balance. We are a family here and only looking for long term commitments.
