With more exciting menu items being added, we are currently expanding our offerings to provide our customers the WVRST Brunch experience. Our Chef and kitchen team is looking for individuals that will take us to the next level.
The Opportunity
WVRST is looking for a responsible, dynamic, growth-oriented individual who is willing to learn and take on increasing responsibilities as the head chef of our brunch program.
Reporting to the Chef, the brunch Chef will oversee food production, menu design and motivate staff to work in an efficient, clean and timely manor. This competent individual will be hands on with cooking and managing the team.
The position is also responsible for coaching cooks and resolving issues. The goal is to ensure that the kitchen runs smoothly and productively.

Job Requirements
· Experience in a kitchen supervisory role.
· Breakfast/Brunch cookery experience is a must.
· Must work weekends – brunch service.
· Possess a valid ‘food handlers certificate’.
· Able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
· Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
· Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
· Is very hands on and motivates others by setting the example.
