What We’re Looking For
Experience: Minimum 2 years serving experience in a full-service restaurant
(Bartending experience is an asset)
Hospitality-Driven: You genuinely enjoy interacting with guests and delivering warm, attentive service
Coffee Skills: Comfortable with basic barista preparation
Self-Starter: Able to work independently, anticipate needs, and take initiative
Professional & Reliable: Punctual, organized, and calm under pressure
What You’ll Be Doing
Menu Expertise: Confidently guide guests through food and beverage offerings
Quality Control: Ensure every dish and drink meets Sprezzatura’s standards
Sales & Pairings: Make thoughtful recommendations to enhance the guest experience
Service Execution: Follow Sprezzatura’s Steps of Service and service standards
Cash Handling: Process cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently
Teamwork: Support fellow team members and communicate clearly with the kitchen and bar
Clean & Organized: Assist with daily and weekly cleaning, opening, and closing duties
Availability
Minimum 3 shifts per week
Must be available for both weekdays and weekends
Evening availability required
