The Role
We’re seeking reliable and enthusiastic part-time team members to join our team. If you’re passionate about dessert, attentive to quality, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, we’d love to meet you.
This role includes end-of-day closing responsibilities, and you’ll also be involved in training new team members as part of our growth and consistency standards. You’ll work closely with your team and management to ensure smooth operations and great guest experiences.
Responsibilities:
Preparing and serving our desserts, drinks, and specialty items with care and consistency
Performing all closing duties including cleaning, restocking, and shutting down stations
Training new team members on systems, prep, service flow, and menu knowledge
Preparing ingredients such as fruit prep, toppings, and drink components
Following established recipes, systems, and operating procedures
Conducting weekly inventory counts and restock checks for key items
Communicating guest feedback and operational suggestions to management
Staying up-to-date on new recipes and limited time offerings (LTOs)
Maintaining cleanliness and organization in all work areas
Providing friendly, consistent customer service
Following all food safety guidelines and ensuring Food Safe Level 1 is maintained
Shifts:
Tuesday–Thursday: 5:00 PM–10:00 PM or 2:00 PM–10:00 PM
Friday–Sunday: 6:00 PM–11:00 PM or 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
You Are:
Friendly, dependable, and punctual
have Barista experience
Able to multitask and stay calm during busy periods
Genuinely passionate about desserts, drinks, and customer service
Comfortable working on your feet and able to lift light items
A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
Able to commute reliably to our location in River District (3471 West Sawmill Crescent)
Food Safe Level 1 Certified (required)
