We are building our legendary team and looking for passionate Cooks who want to grow with a fun, fast-paced, and high-energy brand.
As a Cook, you’ll be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items to standard, maintaining excellent food safety practices, and supporting smooth kitchen operations. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in consistency, teamwork, and delivering great food.
Duties:
Prepare and cook pizzas, pastas, breakfast items, and other menu dishes according to established recipes and standards.
Follow all food handling and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, equipment, and storage areas.
Assist with prep tasks such as cutting, portioning, mixing, and assembling ingredients. Operate kitchen equipment, including ovens (stone oven), fryers, and other cooking tools.
Communicate effectively with kitchen team and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service. Support training of new team members once fully trained.
Ensure all dishes are prepared on time while maintaining consistency and quality. Help with inventory rotation, labeling, and proper storage of ingredients.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Pizza Cook, Cook, Line Cook in a restaurant setting.
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper kitchen practices.
Ability to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Familiarity with kitchen equipment (especially pizza ovens) is an asset.
Attention to detail and a passion for preparing great food.
Reliability, positive attitude, and willingness to learn and grow.
