What We’re Looking For: * Experience: Prior experience in fine dining or upscale casual dining. (2years minimum) * Passion: A love for hospitality and a genuine desire to make guests feel special. * Knowledge: Familiarity with Japanese cuisine, sake, and fine beverages is a plus (training will be provided). * Skills: Strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication. * Professionalism: A polished demeanour and a commitment to upholding our high service standards. What You’ll Do: * Deliver impeccable service, guiding guests through our menu and pairing recommendations. * Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and always ready for guests. * Work collaboratively with the team to create a seamless dining experience. * Provide menu and beverage insights with confidence and enthusiasm.
