Job Overview: We are looking for a talented, professional, and innovative Bartender to join our exceptional team at Prophecy. Key Responsibilities: - To create memorable experiences by preparing a variety of signature and classic cocktails with precision, and consistency. - Provide warm, attentive service to all guests, fostering an environment of comfort and sophistication. - Educate guests on our extensive cocktail menu, and suggest pairings or recommendations tailored to their preferences. - Collaborate closely with the bar team to ensure seamless operations, from inventory management to maintaining a clean and organized workspace. - Uphold Prophecy’s high standards of excellence, professionalism, and attention to detail in every interaction. - Stay current with industry trends and continuously enhance your knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and techniques. - Adhere to all health, safety, and cleanliness guidelines, ensuring the bar remains in pristine condition. Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Bartender in a high-end bar, lounge, or restaurant setting. - Advanced knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and techniques. - Excellent communication skills and a personable, guest-focused attitude. - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. - Serving It Right certification or equivalent is required. - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
