YOUR ROLE IS ESSENTIAL
Under the supervision of the Senior Director Culture & Talent, the Culture & Talent Assistant will support the Culture & Talent Team in administrative processes related to Human Resources for various preidentified firms in our ecosystem. Among other things, this person will be in charge of welcoming and onboarding several employees, including sending welcome emails, conducting criminal background checks, preparing hiring documents (letter of offer, contract, etc.) and organizing the HR meeting with the new employee to finalize the completion of hiring documents. They will also be involved in supporting the immigration process and updating employee files.
This is a role where the chosen person has a direct impact on the employee experience, right from the start. This role requires professionalism, interpersonal & communication skills and, above all, attention to detail. In fact, between 2016 and 2023, Alan Allman Associates' HR Management team contributed to the company's rise from 10th to 1st place in the Happy at Work rankings!
TO SET YOURSELF APART
College diploma or certificate in an Administrative or Human Resources field
Experience in Customer Service and writing skills
Organizational skills and thoroughness
Proficiency with Microsoft systems and tools
Bilingualism (French and English), both written and spoken, as our ecosystem includes firms in Quebec, other Canadian provinces and the USA.
