FK/Formerly Frank's Kitchen is a fine dining Michelin recommended restaurant with a long-time crew. We are independently owned and have been in operation since 2010. We are open Tuesdays to Saturdays and are looking for the following positions;
Full Time Experienced Cook with a minimum of 2 years upscale restaurant experience - 5 shifts a week Tuesdays to Saturdays.
Part Time Experienced Cook with a minimum of 2 years upscale restaurant experience - 3 to 4 shifts a week Tuesdays to Saturdays.
We are a high-level artisanal kitchen and fine dining experience is a big plus. You would be working with Chef who is highly skilled, well regarded in his industry and has a wealth of knowledge. Please DO NOT apply without required experience, you will not be considered.
Rate is $18 to $21 with an average of $3 to $5 extra an hour in tips. Your rate is not capped, we give increases.
2 days off in a row (closed Sundays and Mondays).
8-to-9-hour shifts, no late nights. Shift starts at 1:30.
We promote a family fun environment and love staff gatherings and outings. Our good times always involve our passion...great food and wine. Yearly Christmas and Thanksgiving lunches/parties, Superbowl gathering and summer vacay in cottage country. We are big believers in work/life balance.
