Queens Harbour is the most-booked restaurant in Canada. 23,000 square feet. Three full-service bars. Up to 3,000 guests walking through our doors every single day on Toronto's waterfront.

And here's the truth — none of it happens without the dish pit.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Someone who isn't afraid of hard work. This role is fast, physical, and relentless on a busy night — and we're not going to pretend otherwise. When it's 800 covers deep and the kitchen is flying, the dish pit is the heartbeat that keeps everything alive. We're looking for someone who takes pride in that. Someone who understands that without a clean pit, the whole operation stops.

WHAT THE ROLE LOOKS LIKE

• Operating the dish pit through high-volume service — fast, clean, and consistent
• Washing, sanitizing, and organizing dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
• Keeping the pit area clean and organized throughout the entire shift
• Returning clean items to the correct stations so the kitchen and bar never run dry
• Assisting with basic kitchen prep tasks when needed
• Taking out garbage and maintaining back-of-house cleanliness
• Supporting the team during opening and closing duties

WHAT YOU BRING

• No experience required — we will train the right person
• Physical stamina — this role is on your feet, in the heat, moving fast all shift
• Reliability and punctuality — the team counts on you being there
• A positive attitude and willingness to work hard
• Ability to work in a loud, fast-paced, high-energy environment
