Host / Hostess – Sempre Uno

Sempre Uno is an intimate, boutique fine dining Italian restaurant committed to delivering exceptional food, warm hospitality, and unforgettable guest experiences. We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Host/Hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests.

Responsibilities:
• Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming first impression
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
• Answer phone calls and assist with guest inquiries
• Coordinate with servers and management to ensure smooth service flow
• Maintain a clean and organized host stand and entrance area
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times

Qualifications:
• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is an asset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced environment
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
