We’re hiring an Assistant General Manager (AGM) in Training to join our team and start building a career in hospitality leadership. This is a hybrid role designed for someone who’s ready to step up while still staying close to the action.
Locations we are hiring for: Browns Socialhouse Schoolhouse and Browns Socialhouse Newport Village and Browns Socialhouse Brewery District
You’ll be leading floor shifts a couple times a week, while also working 1–2 shifts bartending or serving. You’ll be mentored in key areas of restaurant operations including team leadership, guest experience, and business systems—with a path toward a full-time AGM position.

• Strong service or bar experience, with a guest-first mindset
• Eagerness to learn the business side and grow into leadership
• Team player energy with drive to take initiative
