Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a cook who ensures high standards of food perparation is met in a timely efficient, sanitary and consistent manner.  You are a time-management star who can work well under pressure, handle multiple demands and loves working in a thriving team environment. Atlas Steak + Fish is open Tuesday to Saturday from 5pm to 10pm / 11pm (weekends).

What You Bring

• One to two years in a cook position or equivalent culinary experience.
• Diploma or Certificate in Culinary Arts or equivalent education.
• Foodsafe Certificate.
• Experience with various knife-cutting techniques and knowledge of food safety preparation.
• Ability to lift items weighted similar to a crate of potatoes and stand for long periods of time.
