Aurora Italiana is Calgary’s newest Italian dining experience — elegant, warm, and inspired by the timeless charm of Italy. We are looking for a welcoming, polished, and organized Host/Hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests.
The perfect candidate will greet guests with genuine warmth, manage reservations, coordinate seating, and set the tone for an exceptional dining experience. You’ll work closely with the servers and management team to ensure smooth service and a memorable visit for every guest.
Qualifications:
Previous host/hostess or customer service experience
Strong communication skills and a friendly, polished presence
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable using reservation systems - OpenTable
Professional appearance and punctuality
Ability to stay calm, organized, and composed during busy service
Team-oriented mindset — FOH & BOH collaboration is essential
Available evenings and weekends
