Position: Chef (Full-Time)
We are looking for an experienced and passionate cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be committed to culinary excellence, reliable, and eager to grow within a supportive, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook food items to a high standard, following set recipes and procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen space
• Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices are followed
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team
• Maintain composure and efficiency during busy service hours
• Assist with inventory and prep as required
Job Requirements:
• 5+ years experience in a similar role (Red Seal certification is an asset but not required)
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Able to handle pressure and multitask effectively
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Valid work permit or SIN is required
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
