Job Description
Relais Nordik provides maritime service for passengers (residents and tourists) as well as goods traveling on the Middle and Lower North Shore of Quebec, as well as on Anticosti Island. Relais Nordik operates the multipurpose ship (passengers and goods) Bella Desgagnés which offers its customers a cruise stay, a unique experience of discovery and adventure, all in an authentic and unusual context where tourists and maritime operations mix common.
What is the position all about?
The candidate will work at our Rimouski warehouse and report to the Warehouse Manager. His main responsibility is the reception of the various goods, the handling of the goods with the forklift, the preparation of the shipping documents, the stuffing of the goods in the containers for transport by ship and the regular maintenance tasks. from the warehouse.
The essence of this position requires demonstrating a very high degree of rigor with data and excellent organizational skills to meet deadlines.
The skills we are looking for:
Between 1 and 3 years of experience in a similar position;
Good ability to work in a team;
Good physical capacity;
Good understanding of merchandise coding;
