You’ll be apart of the management team. The goal? Max out results while keeping the team fired up, dialled in, and thriving in their roles. You’ll be setting the tone on the floor and behind the bar. From coaching team members and running great service to fine-tuning our coffee program and building a strong team culture, you’re here to help others level up — while making sure every guest leaves feeling amazing and connected to the neighbourhood.
This is a leadership role. You’ll delegate tasks, coach, build momentum, and create a space where people genuinely want to show up. You’ll encourage open communication, strong teamwork, and help deliver the experience, energy, and warm hospitality Dope Bakehouse is all about. You’ll also be in regular convo with other management to align goals, seek out ways to collaborate with our community, and help tighten up communication across the company.
