Role Overview:
You are an expert in managing social media platforms, using your deep understanding of social media trends and audience behaviour to guide our brands in creating content that resonates on the right channels, at the right times. Your work is driven by an understanding of each brand’s identity and audience, and you leverage online conversations to inform our strategy. You stay up to date on current trends to identify opportunities for reactive social content that align with each brand’s values, as well as recommending proactive content based on seasonality and brand themes. Working closely with the Management Team, you ensure that our social media presence is purposeful, strategic, and reflects the brand’s tone. This role offers the opportunity to work with top-tier brands, contribute to a creative environment, enhance your social strategy skills within a collaborative team, and create compelling content for a luxury home linen brand that will spark your creativity.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Strategy: Develop social strategy briefs and content kick-off documents in collaboration with strategy, media, and global partners.
Social Playbook Ownership: Own and manage the day-to-day use and refinement of your brand’s social playbook, including newsletters, email blasts, and Google ads.
Content Creation: Create and maintain social media content calendars aligned with your brand’s seasonal launches.
Deployment: Upload legal-approved content to social channels and support the trafficking process
Social Insight: Conduct social media audits and competitive reports to keep our brands ahead of competitors.
Media Integration: Manage the paid-media relationship for our brand in partnership with media partners, recommending optimizations as needed
Social Media Expertise: Serve as a social media platform expert, ensuring teams understand how to navigate the evolving landscape of social media platforms, trends, and memes. Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality, on-brand content suitable for various social media platforms.
Reporting: Work with insights partners to create insightful and actionable social media reports
