Job Description

We're looking for a passionate, hard-working cook to join our kitchen team at El Pocho Antojitos Bar. If you take pride in your work, show up ready to hustle, and love good food — we want to hear from you.

What you'll do

—Prep ingredients and set up the line before service
—Execute dishes to spec consistently and with care
—Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and ready to go
—Work as part of a tight-knit team during service

What we're looking for

—Strong work ethic — reliability and attitude matter most to us
—Kitchen experience is a plus, but not required — we'll teach the right person
—Ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
—A team player who takes initiative and takes pride in their work
