Job Description

We are hiring a passionate, hospitality-focused Pastry Cook to join our kitchen team! We are on the lookout for dedicated and energetic individuals to execute our menu with precision and pride. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality baked goods, strictly following standardized recipes, and maintaining high standards in a high-volume environment.The ideal candidate has a hunger to learn, a strong work ethic, and a desire to grow their culinary skills in a chef-led environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Proofing, baking, frying, garnishing, and preparing all mise en place items.
- Setting up and maintaining your station with necessary ingredients, tools, and equipment, including managing par levels to ensure continuous flow during service.
- Maintaining cleanliness in your work area, including regular cleaning of prep surfaces, tools, and equipment.
- Adhering to food safety guidelines by following proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices.
- Ensuring all ingredients are prepped according to standardized recipes, supporting the consistent execution of the menu.

Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of previous kitchen experience is mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays, as required.
