Job Description

Our flagship restaurant has been bringing good times to King St. West for the past 14 years, and we’re looking for an experienced manager who wants to be part of a positive, collaborative culture, where teamwork and respect come first, and where you can grow while enjoying what you do.

What we’re looking for:

  • Candidates must have at least 5 years’ experience in a FOH management or supervisory role
  • Proven ability to hire, train, develop, coach, and inspire a high-performing team 
  • Experience in providing detailed PNL management reports to senior management
  • Possess a valid Smart Serve certificate.
  • Advanced Beer, Wine, and Cider knowledge are a must.
  • Cicerone or Prud’homme certifications a strong asset.
  • Possess excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Flexible availability (weekends and holidays).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and organizational skills.
