The Role:
We’re looking for an experienced and versatile Store Manager to lead our operations.. This role is key to ensuring smooth daily operations across all aspects of the store — from coffee service and brunch to cocktail evenings — while fostering a team culture aligned with our values: warmth, connection, and flow.
You will be responsible for:
- Overseeing and coordinating operations across coffee, bar, and kitchen service
- Leading, mentoring, and scheduling a diverse team, including the Bartender Lead, Kitchen team and baristas
- Upholding and refining daily standards for service, cleanliness, and product consistency
- Supporting training across departments with a hands-on, empowering leadership style
- Collaborating with ownership on brand growth, seasonal offerings, and guest experience
- Ensuring operational readiness for brunch service, afternoon flow, and cocktail evenings
- Managing inventory, suppliers, and cost control for all departments
- Troubleshooting issues calmly and efficiently while maintaining team morale
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has 3+ years of experience managing in hospitality (coffee, cocktail bar, or full-service)
- Understands both specialty coffee and craft cocktail service standards
- Is familiar with kitchen and brunch service operations
- Thrives in a dynamic, high-expectation environment
- Leads with empathy, clarity, and a strong sense of organization
- Embraces creativity and adaptability as key tools in their leadership approach
- Is excited to build a new team and shape the culture from the ground up
