What You’ll Do
You will be the backbone of our operation. Your daily rhythm will include:
The "Shine" Standard: Meticulous polishing of cutlery, plates, and stemware. A water spot on a wine glass is the mortal enemy of a great dining experience, and you are the one who stops it.
Beverage Support: Managing coffee and tea service. You’ll be responsible for keeping our machines running and our brews fresh, ensuring guests end their meal on a high note.
Operational Excellence: Keeping our work stations organized, stocked, and ready for action. If a server needs a backup set of silverware or a fresh water pitcher, you’re already one step ahead.
Sanitation & Maintenance: Keeping our floors, work areas, and restrooms pristine. Yes, this means active restroom checks throughout the shift—keeping them clean is essential to the guest experience.
