You Love To…
• Have fun while setting high standards
• Assist in the day-to-day leadership and management of a casual-fine dining restaurant
• Lead and support the front-of-house team during service
• Set the tone for hospitality, service standards, and guest connection
• Coordinate and lead pre-shift meetings with clear communication around food, wine, and beverage features
• Develop and maintain strong product knowledge through ongoing training, tastings, and coaching
• Support scheduling, labour management, and smooth shift execution
• Handle guest feedback with professionalism and care
• Build a positive work environment where effort, growth, and great work are recognized
You Should Have…
• At least two years of leadership or management experience in a full-service restaurant
• Strong interpersonal, guest service, and communication skills (written and verbal)
• A calm, positive leadership style in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and basic office/computer skills
• A passion for food, beverage, hospitality, and people development
• High attention to detail and consistency
• The ability to train effectively and execute a strong guest experience
• Serving It Right certification
• A true passion for creating memorable guest experiences and developing teams
What We Offer
• Salary: $62,000 – $75,000 annually, depending on experience
