Bartender – Il Corvo, North Vancouver
Il Corvo is a new Italian restaurant opening in North Vancouver, rooted in handmade pasta, seasonal ingredients, and genuine hospitality. We’re looking for an experienced Bartender to join our opening team and help shape the guest experience from day one.
At Il Corvo, bartenders are more than just cocktail makers, you’ll play an important role in creating the warm, lively atmosphere that defines our neighbourhood spot. From crafting seasonal spritzes and pouring a well-curated glass of wine, to engaging with guests and supporting your team, you’ll be part of bringing our vision to life.
What You’ll Do
• Prepare and serve cocktails, spritzes, wine, and beer with consistency and care
• Contribute to developing seasonal beverage features in line with Il Corvo’s vision
• Deliver warm, attentive service and create a welcoming atmosphere at the bar
• Keep the bar clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout service
• Support front-of-house teammates to keep service running smoothly
• Uphold health, safety, and cleanliness standards at all times
What We’re Looking For
• 1+ year bartending experience in a restaurant or fast-paced bar setting
• A passion for hospitality and an interest in Italian food and drink culture
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and wine service (WSET or similar training is a plus)
• A team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable during busy service periods
• Serving It Right certification required
• Flexibility — weekend and evening availability is essential
