Alta Bistro is looking for a full time Sommelier to help extend and enhance our wine service programme. We are looking for someone who has Min. WSET 3 or ISG, and 2-3 years experience in a wine related role in fine dining. This position is dynamic and comes with oppourtunity for wine service, procurement, wine inventory management, and a chance to work with unique, and interesting wines.
