exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for providing outstanding guest experiences
across our diverse venues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure that all aspects of the hospitality experience
meet our high standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and
operational efficiency.
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment while ensuring compliance
with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospitality management.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple venues and diverse teams effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
