As a Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in upholding this legacy of excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of dedicated service professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Oversee all aspects of the dining room operations, ensuring seamless service execution and adherence to our exacting standards.
- Cultivate and maintain exceptional relationships with our guests, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations.
- Manage reservations, table assignments, and floor plans to optimize guest flow and satisfaction.
- Conduct daily pre-service briefings, ensuring staff are knowledgeable about menu items, specials, and service protocols.
- Address and resolve any guest concerns or issues with grace and efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure cohesive and synchronized service.
- Manage inventory and ordering of service-related supplies. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Contribute to the ongoing training and development of service staff.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in a fine dining establishment, with at least two (2) years in a management or supervisory role.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and an unwavering commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences.
- Impeccable grooming and professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in reservation systems and point-of-sale (POS) software.
- A strong understanding of fine dining service standards and etiquette.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
